DM: Which measures does the "Bookings History Average" uses? Is it only Historical Demand?

DM: "Bookings History Average" seems to be using other measures such as the "Sales Order" measure for its calculations. Is this correct?

The "Bookings History Average" seems to be using other measures that are not historical demand data to calculate its values. This is causing for "Demand Classes" to have a "Bookings History Average" = 0. Also, it uses even custom measures that do not have to do anything with demand history.

The forecasting profile is using "Final Bookings Forecast" and "Bookings Forecast"

We took out the "Demand Class" values from the "Bookings History" and "Shipments History" FBDI loads. Do we also need to take out the "Demand Class" values from the "Sales Order" FBDI loads?
