Hello experts,

I've created a new tool that should fetch the PR header attachments. After added to a duplicated advisor agent and team, the tool is able to get the attachment name but the URL that is displayed given seems to be broken and does not work.

Any ideas how to enable the attachment URL so it will be accessible?

BTW, the PR was entered by another user but I'm able to reach it via the deep link provided - so I assume it is not a privilege issue.
