Restrict creation of contracts to Prospective suppliers

in Enterprise Contracts

Hi Team,

Currently, the system allows contracts to be created even when the supplier is in Prospective status. However, the customer does not want this behavior. They would like to restrict contract creation and allow it only when the supplier status is Spend Authorized as this is a high risk from compliance standpoint.

is it possible to restrict contract creation for Prospective suppliers and enable it only for suppliers in Spend Authorized status?
