Is there a way to define the consolidation method bands such that the ownership percentage overlaps but the methods are driven by control?

For example we would like subsidiary method to equal ownership > 40% and Control = Yes and the equity method would have ownership between 1% to 50% but control would be N.

For entities that are where the ownership % is between 40% and 50%, the consolidation method would be determined by control.
