"Ghost Feedbacks" and unexpected cycling of Pod services?
Summary:
Upon starting work in our Production URL Planning environments this AM we were surprised to find logged a submitted environment feedback that wasn't requested by any of our internal administrators, in each one of our Prod Pods checked, all at or around the 5am Eastern time window. In addition we had some EPM Automate authentications and job automations fail around the same window with the EPM Automate return message that the Pod services were being cycled and currently offline. None of our internal admins had fired any services resets either.
Has anyone else encountered this in their Production URL environments today? We did not receive any sort of Oracle advance notice or information … just curious if expected and/or any kind of mass maintenance performed on the environments?
