Discussion - Exploring and Enabling New Fusion Apps (26B)

I am exploring new Fusion Apps in 26B. Inside Agent Studio, we have a new tab titled 'Apps'. Great offering!

I have two primary questions:

  1. Why there is data only in some apps (aka workspaces/command centers) and some are blank? I have verified from front end in respective modules and there is data everywhere. Is there some other setting / setup / steps that we need to do to populate data in some of these apps?
  2. How are these apps exposed to users? Normally AI agents are exposed via guided journey. So, I went to guided journey and expected a new Task Type called ‘Apps’ but there is no new entry in LOV. Even in agent type, there are still old two entries: RAG and Workflow. So, how do we expose these new apps to users? For example, the short code of newly launched Costing workspace is ORA_COST_ACCOUNTING_PERIOD_CLOSE_WORKSPACE (visible in first screenshot). But if we can’t set it up in guided journey as a task type, how do we expose it to users?
