Unable to run 'Run Element Register Report' due to Critical Alert

in Payroll and Global Payroll Interface (GPI)

Summary:

When the user is submitting the 'Run Element Register Report ' Flow from My Client Groups > Payroll > Submit a Flow,

following error shows up, though they are Optional parameters.

You must enter values for the Payroll, ConsolidationGroup, and TaxReportingUnit flow parameters.

Both the users who are able to run the report and the user who is unable to run the report has the required role and access.

Hence, thought of checking in the community if anyone has come across similar case. Normally, the Payroll flow, Process Start and End Dates, and Element is entered and the flow is submitted. However, flow fails with an errors showing values has to be entered for couple of Optional parameters. The optional parameter doesn't remain the same.
