Instance stuck in "TERMINATING" state for over 28 hours / Free Tier account

Hello,

My OCI instance has been stuck in the TERMINATING state for more than 28 hours after a maintenance-related issue.
The instance is still visible in the console, but I cannot start it, stop it, delete it, or take any further action.

I also cannot recreate the instance from its boot volume, because the boot volume does not appear in the available boot volume list.

Could you please check whether this instance is stuck in the backend and manually clean it up if necessary?
If possible, I would also like to know whether the original boot volume can still be preserved or recovered.
