Unable to see AI Agent responses in Guided Journey Preview Mode

Summary:

  • Profile ORA_PER_AGENT_TASK_TYPE_GUIDED_JOURNEYS_ENABL and ORA_PER_GUIDED_JOURNEYS_SETUP_REDWOOD_ENABLED are set to Y
  • Created a Absence document tool and attached 3 pdf documents
  • Document showing as Published though Process Agent documents process ran into error.
  • Created a Agent and attached a created Absence Document tool
  • Creating a Guided Journey where Task Type passed as Agent and when trying to see the Agent I created with Agent Type as “RAG Agent”, nothing is appearing in Agent LOV.
  • Created a agent team and added Agent and published
  • Now again navigated to Guided Journey with Task as Agent and Agent Type as Workflow Agent, I am able to view Agent and saved it.
