Missing Routine Templates and Missing Routine Type- 'Run when an event occurs'

Hi ,

We are trying to create few routines based on the routine type- "Run when an event occurs" for Opportunity object based on an attribute changed.

But we are seeing some changes w.r.t the routines; tempaltes are missing, and also when it comes to the second step to create the routine -Trigger; we are not able to see the value in for the Routine type drop down- "Run when an event occurs".

This behaviour is observed post 26A. In few pods we are able to see the values, and in some we are not. Also some of the routine templates are missing .
