Method to clear Funds Warning on Project Costs with Sufficient Budget

We have implemented advisory warnings at the Project level which is flagging a Funds Warning against any Project Costs that exceed (expected).

However, this warning does not clear even after increasing the budget to provide sufficient funds. Tried a few different processes, only one that successfully cleared was Recalculate Raw Cost which is not a good method.

What background process can be run to reset the funds check flag on Project Costs that should now pass?
