Do you have to utilize parent positions if your organization uses Positions?
Summary: Our organization uses positions but not for budgeting or tracking FTEs. Must we utilize parent positions if we continue to use Positions? We find it adds a lot more manual work for our organization due to the constant restructures in healthcare. We currently have the enterprise setup to use parent positions but would like to move back to using Line managers only. Is this possible?
