Instructor Unable to View Attendees List in Microsoft Teams Meeting Invite – Oracle Integration

We recently integrated Microsoft Teams with Oracle Learning Cloud for our virtual ILT (Instructor-Led Training) sessions. The integration is largely functional — meetings are being created in Teams, and learners are receiving invites as expected. However, we're encountering a specific issue with attendee visibility on the instructor's side.

The Problem:

When an instructor opens the Teams meeting invite associated with a scheduled ILT offering, they are unable to see the list of enrolled attendees or participants. The meeting appears with no attendees populated, even though learners have successfully self-enrolled and received their own calendar invites.
