Enterprise Contract User Transition

I am currently implementing procurement contracts for a client, utilizing enterprise contract user transition statuses to facilitate the review process across multiple teams prior to final submission for approval.

However, we are encountering an issue whereby, when a contract is reassigned from one team member to another, all previous assignees continue to retain full access to the contract. This behavior is not aligned with our requirements. Instead, we would like prior reviewers to have read-only access once their review is complete and the contract has been forwarded to the next reviewer.

Could you please advise on how this can be achieved?
