Punchout Catalog Solution for Receipt Action

Summary:

We have a requirement in Punchout implementation where business users want to order flowers or cakes for special occasions and have them delivered to a one-time employee location.

To support this, users create a Punchout request on the vendor’s site, and the order is delivered directly to the recipient rather than to a business location.

The issue arises now ……

The PunchOut RSSP process creates a Purchase Order in the system. Since the material is not delivered to a company location, how can we ensure that no Goods Receipt is created in System, and it closes the PO And No Receipt action is needed.
