Could we enter or load project budgets on a yearly basis in fusion PPM?

Summary:

Hello Experts,

We have a requirement to maintain and load project budgets on a yearly basis in Oracle Fusion PPM. However, we are currently unable to find an option to configure or enable year-wise budget entry (for example, using a time-phased approach).

Could you please confirm whether it is possible to load or maintain project budgets annually? If yes, kindly advise on the required configurations or steps to achieve this.
