IDCS Authentication Error
Summary:
Hello Everyone,
A user who was able to login to OTM with no issues suddenly got an IDCS Authentication prompt screen and was asked to enter a bypass code to complete the authentication, there was another message on the prompt which was - Complete verification by entering the passcode sent to null to continue. Please find attached a screenshot of this prompt.
We were able to generate the bypass code for her user from IDCS and shared the same with her, she was able to login to OTM after this, but may I know the reason why this prompt got generated?
