AAR Analysis Synchronization Job Not Visible in Scheduling Workarea or Scheduled Processes

Summary:

We are facing an issue with the Advanced Access Request Analysis Synchronization Job in our environment. The job was executed once successfully and then scheduled that. However, after scheduling, the job is no longer visible in the system.

Specifically, it does not appear under the Risk Management → Setup and Administration → Scheduling Workarea. In addition, the job is also not available under Tools → Scheduled Processes, which prevents us from running it manually or monitoring its execution status.

We have already performed several validation steps. We verified that there is no published sandbox related to this configuration. We also confirmed that the required roles, including Access Request Security Administrator and Risk Administrator, are properly assigned. Furthermore, we checked the profile option ORA_GTG_ADVANCED_ACCESS_REQUEST_GENAI_ENABLED and confirmed that it is enabled.
