How to Update Cloud Account Administrator and Notification Contacts After Admin Changes?
Hello,
I was recently added as an administrator to our Oracle Cloud tenancy and all identity domains, and I have removed the prior administrators who left the company from all domains and admin groups.
However, I am running into the following issues and would appreciate guidance on how to perform these updates correctly.
- How to remove previous administrators from Cloud Account / Domain Contacts
Even after removing prior administrators from:
- All identity domains
- All administrator groups
They are still appearing as Cloud Account Administrators contacts on all notifications from Oracle:
- Oracle system notifications
- Oracle communications and emails
How do I:
- Remove previous administrators so they no longer appear as Cloud Account Administrators in Oracle communications?
