Supplier Portal Advisor is not providing responses from supplier portal homepage guided journey

Hi

We have enabled supplier portal advisor for one of our client. Before publishing the supplier portal advisor agent, we tested it thoroughly and it was providing responses from the documents as needed. 

After publishing, we also tested the supplier portal advisor from supplier user account Me > AI Agent Studio and we are getting the results as expected.

We created guided journey and added it on supplier portal homepage. When we asked the questions, the agent is running but it isn't providing any response while with same user access we are able to get responses from Me > AI Agent Studio
