Bulk Plan Failure if Orders count exceeds 100
Summary:
During bulk planning runs involving more than 100 orders, several orders are failing to get planned. However, when the same failing orders are planned individually, shipments are created successfully without any issues.
Due to this inconsistent behavior, shipment consolidation is not happening as expected. This results in additional manual effort for users.
