We are

encountering an error when running the "Load Interface File for Import" process to update the status of Brazilian fiscal documents. Specifically, the process "Import Fiscal Document Approval Information" fails with the error: "Unable to retrieve search results. Error occurred while processing. Unable to return results..oracle.apps.fnd.applcore.messages.FndMessagesUtil$FndMapResourceBundle." This issue is preventing them from processing the files and manually updating the document statuses, causing a workflow blockage.
