Using Initiatives/Assignment Profiles to derive and drive Compliance Dashboard Reports

The customer is moving off E-Business Suite, EBS, and looking at a way to store their current 6-tier level Competency Framework. Our aim is design Learning Cloud and Core HR to make the dashboard reports show KPIs for Compliance Training. We are using Power BI for end-user Reporting.

Essentially, Compliance is when a Competence (as well as certifications) tagged to a Learner, then Required Learning is given to them in the form of Initiatives (auto-enrolled into training), then they have to complete training within the required timeframe.
