Feasibility of config: in case of On-prem to Cloud transformation of BI reports

Context: Migration of BI reports from on-prem OTM solution to OTM Cloud
SR already raised:

In on-prem BI reports, we used PL-SQL packages in oracle database. For cloud, we cannot use these packages.
However on BI publisher, now called as Oracle Analytics publisher: we still have functionalities such as event triggers, Procedure calls in data models, global level functions etc. In these areas can we still write any basic PL-SQL code/function or procedure? or that will no longer be supported?
