Allowing Negative Inventory for Backflush Transactions

Summary:

We are exploring the option to allow negative inventory balances only for backflush transactions in our manufacturing process. This is relevant for scenarios where bulk quantities are produced and later converted to final products, so inventory for the bulk stage cannot be fully determined until the conversion is complete.
