OTBI New Calculated Measure Formula for Age at End of the Month from report run date

I need a formula that would provide me with the dependents age as of the end of the month from the report run date.

If the report is scheduled to run on the 1st day of the month, I need to know the age of each dependent on the last day of that same month including anyone whose birthday coincides with the 1st day of the month.
