Can we add discount rates on an existing Discount Rate index using Rapid Implementation sheet?

In the system, we have an Discount rate index configured until 11/1/2025. We are trying to add discount rates for 12/1/2025, 1/1/2026, 1/2/2025, 1/3/2026, 1/4/2026 and in the future we would be adding discount rates every month. The system is throwing error if we use the RI sheet to add discount rates. However, we are able to add the discount rates manually in the UI.
