ORC report to show the most progressed candidate phase for every open requisition

Hello - We want to create a report to provide recruiters a list of all open requisitions and the phase of the most progressed candidate for the respective requisition.

We tried accomplishing this but haven't had any luck. Wanted to gather thoughts from others in the community. Thanks!
