Is it possible to prevent OBLPN reuse in Oracle WMS?

We would like to understand if Oracle WMS provides any standard functionality to prevent the reuse of an existing OBLPN.

Currently, we observe that the same OBLPN number can be associated with different outbound loads. In the WMS UI, the system differentiates these records using an internal suffix for previously shipped cartons. However, in outbound interfaces (such as SLS), the OBLPN is always sent without the suffix, preserving the original identifier.
