Fusion Manufacturing: Option to Skip WIP Product Completion

Hello,

We are migrating from Oracle E-Business Suite to Fusion SCM Cloud (Discrete Manufacturing) and would like guidance on how to replace a behavior we achieved in EBS using Non-Standard Jobs.

Background / Requirement
In EBS, by using Non-Standard Jobs we were able to control, at the time of confirming manufacturing results, whether to create inventory receipt (product completion) or not create inventory receipt.
After moving to Fusion, we have a similar requirement: in certain business scenarios we want to confirm/record production execution results without generating an inventory receipt.

Current Behavior in Fusion
When we use the Review Dispatch List page and perform Quick Complete for the final operation, an inventory transaction of type “WIP Product Completion” is created.
