Supply Planning vs WIP Material Issue: Can WIP Consume Inventory from Another Project/Task?

In our Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud environment, we have a question about the consistency between Supply Planning recommendations and manufacturing execution (WIP material issue).

Background / Issue

We would like to confirm whether there is any standard setup (feature, profile option, configuration) that allows issuing materials to a work order (Material Issue) by consuming on-hand inventory from a different Project/Task.

In our case:

• The item is configured with Hard Pegging.
• Planning is configured with a Netting Rule.
