need help on design, create a central ask assistant agent for organization

Hi Experts
Need your help to design the solution.
Requirement:
- Build a centralized single point of contact "Ask Organization" assistant similar like "Ask Oracle"
User when ask question to this agent it will route the flow to following child agents:
- HCM
- SCM
- CX
Again those agents will have child like for example user asks "I want get my salary history"
Then flow ill be like below
Ask Org → HCM Agent → Payslip agent
My concern over here is the design, how to design this. Like what must be the Ask Org agent type and how it will return the flow back to user from respective child → grand child agent
