how to call one agent team from another agent team ?

I have created few workflow agent team with a proper flow , now i want to call this from a supervisor agent team agent. How to do this ?

Also, how can i call the workflow agent from the supervisor agent, i do not see this option.

What's the difference between worker agent and workflow ? i do not see option for workflow kind of agent
