Is it possible to update final disbursement in absence plan using HDL?

Whenever you terminate an employee in Fusion HCM, the system automatically adds a final disbursement entry in Absence Plan with the balance available as of termination date. I want to know if it is possible to update the final disbursement using either HDL or REST API?
