Update Learning Status Error because Learning Item is Not Active

Summary:

Hi Team, we have some eLearning Items (Learning Journey, Video) that are in Deleted status.

Now, we want to withdraw the learning assignment for those deleted eLearning Items via HDL and we are getting "You can't create learning assignments for this learning item because it isn't active."

Any solution for this?
