Job.dat HDL successful but did not update in Oracle when searching for the job codes

Summary:

We uploaded an HDL (Job.dat) with 250 new job codes and the Import success rate was 100% and the Load success rate was also 100%. After it finished I found that 9 out of 250 job codes are not reflecting in workforce structures. I reloaded just these 9 job codes and this HDL also had 100% Import and Load Success rates. They are still not showing. I tried running the LDAP scheduled processes, this did not help either.
