Does Backlog Management Support Transfer Order Reprioritization?

In our current process, IR-ISO transactions originating from EBS are converted into transfer order demand in Oracle Fusion. We now have a requirement to reprioritize these transfer order demands using Backlog Management.

We would like to understand whether this use case is supported and, if so, what configurations or considerations are required.
