Fusion OSP: Alternative to EBS “Move Awaiting”?

We are migrating from Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) to Oracle Fusion (SCM / Manufacturing) and have identified a process gap related to Outside Processing (OSP). In EBS, we used the “Move Awaiting” status for subcontract/OSP operations, but we cannot find an equivalent status or control in Fusion. We would like to ask for recommended approaches or best practices.
