FCCS cannot consolidate dollar overrides over multiple levels

We are currently implementing FCCS at a company with 1000+ entities and many levels in the entity hierarchy. Based on other ideas and our vendor feedback there seems to be consensus that FCCS cannot consolidate dollar overrides for entities that have a same-currency parent up to a higher level where the override needs to apply.

We have many scenarios of entities which require the CAD conversion to be at historic rates but the system has no way to roll that up to a CAD parent higher up the hierarchy. The required logic seems to be that the parent (Parent A) needs to consolidate the override adjustment each period for the override from a lower level (Sub D below). From past ideas this seems to require manual scripting however it does not seem sufficient that a consolidation system cannot handle this consolidation.
