Safety Inspections are not opening up for Custom Line Manager role.

Summary:

Hi All,

We have built a custom Line Manager role and we are able to view the Safety incidents that are added for them to view. However we want Line managers to create Safety Inspections as well. We are able to see the work area.

But when the line manager clicks add the page never loads up and keeps buffering


If the Line manager just clicks on the safety Inspections it shows as
