Employee is unable to view or access the added dependent information under Family and Emergency

Summary:

For some employees, the names of the added dependents are not visible; only the dependent type is displayed. Typically, added dependents can be accessed by clicking on their names; however, in these cases, the names are not visible.

When I cross-verified from the HR side, the dependents are visible under My Client Groups → Person Management.

This behavior is occurring only for certain employees.
