Constraint Order to pick specific Ground Schedule shipment

Summary:

We have configured Ground Schedules in OTM, and in our scenario a single order can be eligible for multiple ground schedule shipments. Our requirement is to constrain the order so that it gets assigned only to one specific ground schedule shipment, instead of letting planning choose among all eligible schedules.

We tried to achieve this through an agent action: Move Order to Shipment, by identifying the required ground schedule shipment and attempting to move the order onto that shipment. However, this does not work when the target ground schedule shipment is still in reservation status = OPEN.

Is there any way to consraint order to plan on a specific ground schedule shipment?
