Attempting to Exclude a Legal Employer from an HCM Extract
These are the instructions we have on how to exclude a legal employer from an HCM Extract:
1. Access the Extract Definition
- Click on Extract Definitions from the menu in your image.
- Search for and open the specific extract you want to modify.
2. Define the Exclusion Logic
- Data Group Level:
- Navigate to the Data Group tab.
- Locate the Criteria section.
- Add a filter using an expression (e.g., Person_Type != 'EX_EMPLOYEE' to exclude former staff). This acts like a SQL WHERE clause.
We attempted to Filter Criteria to exclude using the below criteria but it didn't work. Any thoughts on what else we can try?
