OTM Enhanced Workbench not loading data for single user

Summary:

Hello Everyone,

Iam having an issue with order releases and shipment enhanced workbenches, Iam switching to the user role and opening a workbench, but its blank and not showing any data by default, when I try to select a saved query, the workbench does not load and nothing happens when Iam clicking on the '+' button in order to load an order release or shipment.

I have tried to open the same workbench from the Admin role, but they are not loading for me even from this role. This is happening consistently on the production and test environments. I have removed my user id from the user role and re-added it, but the workbench still does not load.
