Person EIT Information - How to uncheck [Unique Key] once checked

Summary:

Hello Experts,

We created a Segment in Person EIT Information [Please see attached] with Unique Key checked.

This is not allowing us to select a value which is used before, however we need to add a row with the same value but with different dates.

Please advise what could be done to resolve this issue.
