My Team Actions: Person Search Results - Default Values

Hi all,

From the Person Search Results for My Team Actions, we would like to exclude worker type Contingent Workers.

Does anyone know whether it is possible to set a default value for our 'Worker Type' filter/column, so the manager will only see search results for worker type Employee?
