Global Search - return employees

Requirement to configure the global search bar on the Oracle home screen to allow user to search for employees.

Have enabled the search bar, but need guidance on how to setup correctly. Struggling to find the correct set of instructions on help center docs to achieve this, so grateful for push in the right direction.

Screenshot of current view. When employee name is entered, expected behaviour is that results would start to return in dropdown. Currently nothing returned.
