How to send notification after contract signature and change to status ACTIVE

Summary:

I'm implementing a Supplier Onboard flow with the below step:

  1. Supplier Registration - Done by Onboard Team
  2. After prospective approval, Onboard Team go to Enterprise Contracts, create a new Master Service Agreement (MSA) and send to Supplier.
  3. Legal Team will follow on Contract creation,redlines and Contract approval.
  4. Legal Team also Manage the electronic or Manual signature between the Supplier and Company CLO
  5. Between 2 or 3 weeks later, the MSA is signed and change to status = ACTIVE
  6. At this time I would like to send a FYI notification to the Contract Owner (Onboard Team) so they can review and promote the supplier to Spend Authorized.
