Success message on Ship confirm

Summary:

When we complete a “ship confirm” step, the message we get at the end is a blue blank banner with an ‘i’ in it – but we can’t seem to get to any kind of message. Oracle support suggested its intended behavior and it will show a message only when there is an error/warning.

It would be very beneficial if we can have a success message displayed in that banner as well.
