Summary:

Hi, I attempted to schedule an environment refresh (T2T) outside of the blackout period (5 days before the scheduled maintenance friday through 1 day after), but I received an error: "your source environment has patch(es) which is/are missing from the target environment". Both environments are on the same maintenance schedule and cohort. The environment we were attempting to refresh data into is a brand-new environment that has not yet been configured.

There are no additional actions on the screen to complete or information on how to solve this. Because the refresh was scheduled well outside of the blackout period, I'm confused as to why this error is happening and am looking for help understanding what to do.
